Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
How to return
Email info@italienskagalleriet.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will send you a return label as a printable PDF and as a QR code you can scan at the drop-off point. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Return costs
You cover return shipping, and we deduct it from your refund. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, we cover it and nothing is deducted.
Condition
Return items as you received them, with any tags still attached. Try a garment on as you would in a shop — if it comes back showing more use than that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Every piece is one of a kind. If you are unsure about fit, email us before ordering and we will measure the garment for you.
Refunds
Refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of your proof of return, whichever comes first. Your original standard delivery charge is included.
Faulty or misdescribed items
We grade every piece on a 10-point condition scale and list defects openly. If something still arrives faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
